An excellence in knitwear since 1770, finds its origins in the Scottish Highlands, where the Robertson family crafted their products with two peculiarities: a different type of yarn which made the items warmer and luxurious. The “razor blade”, which is the iconic distinctive pattern element which is recognizable and therefore in Italy known as the "Bisconttino". As one of the most stylish Italian men from the past, Gianni Agnelli receives all the credit for establishing the image, due the fact it was one of his personal favoured knitwear manufacturer.
